Orr Contracting is fully insured and carries Workman's Compensation with the New York State Insurance Fund and General Liability through Utica First Insurance Company, as well as Unemployment Insurance.
All employees are certified for Lead Abatement with the State of New York and are qualified to do HUD and State Grant work.
