We will put before and after pictures in this section of different projects so that you can see some examples of our work.

This house on the Dairy Hill Road, Salisbury, New York was an old
farmhouse. The roof on the second story was slanted with such a
pitch that the rooms were only half-accessible.
Orr Contracting was called in to remove half the roof and install a
dormer large enough to accommodate two full size rooms. One is a new
full size bathroom and the other a bedroom.
New rafters and sidewalls were installed inside and the construction
of the dormer was completed with the same siding as the original
house. New construction double hung windows were installed and
wrapped to complete the job. As you can see the completed dormer
looks like it has always been with the house.
The professionalism of the job reflects the expertise with which Orr
Contracting’s experienced crew works, time and time again.
These are some recent photos of the men working on an old roof in Little Falls, NY.

The owner thought his roof was in bad condition but had no idea
how bad. We were able to take pictures to show him the three layers
of old rotten roofing material and the space between sheathing
boards that had to be filled in. Also, the second picture shows the
rotten decayed rafter boards that must be replaced in order to
continue installing the new roofing materials.
After the complete tear off of the old roof and cleanup of debris we will put new lumber on the roof and install ice guard up 6 feet from the edges and then install #30 pound felt to the remainder of the roof.
After that we will install metal edging on all edges and then install 30 year architectural shingles according to manufacturer’s specifications. (Color is the customer’s choice).
We remove all job related debris from the premises.
We give a 5-year warranty against leaks due to our workmanship.
